Rule 7.6
"For clarification, reference to ‘non-UK’ in this document shall refer to mainland Europe, America, Asia, Africa or Oceania. Players from Gibraltar and the Republic of Ireland shall be included with UK players. In instances where a player attempts to enter an Event where nationality is a condition of entry, they must prove legal citizenship of that country. NOTE: residency is not acceptable for entry into events, the player must be a legal citizen of that country."
